Job summary

Indesso Group in Indonesia seeks a Regulatory & Compliance Manager to ensure licensing and regulatory requirements are met across its manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on maintaining permits, providing practical guidance to operations and commercial teams, identifying risks, and building strong relationships with government authorities to align regulatory obligations with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian licensing and regulatory requirements (import, environment, employment, LKPM, SIINAS, TKDN).
• In-depth knowledge of site plans, PBG, SLF, and UU PT compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with authorities and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with regulations, laws, and government requirements.
• Maintain and oversee required permits and licenses.
• Provide clear regulatory guidance to operational, commercial, and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential legal and regulatory risks and recommend protective measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with government institutions, regulatory bodies, and relevant authorities.
