Job summary

Waterbom Bali seeks a proactive Chief Security to lead security operations across the park, safeguarding guests, staff, and property. You will shape policies, conduct risk assessments, and drive emergency readiness with a strong focus on team leadership.

You will supervise security personnel, coordinate with internal teams and authorities, and deliver regular reports to Management on incidents and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in safety and security, ideally in hospitality.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Possess relevant security certifications, notably Gada Utama.
• Experience in risk and crisis management and emergency response.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security plans and procedures.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Good understanding of local laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the Security Team for daily operations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and SOPs.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance of security, safety, and emergency procedures park-wide.
• Oversee security monitoring and inspections of critical areas.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation to General Manager as needed.
• Plan security manpower, rosters, deployments, and coverage.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to the team.
