Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify potential safety and security risks around the property.
• Welcome and assist guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests regarding the parking area.
• Assist guests with parking their vehicles when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fire, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents when required.
• Prepare incident reports and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the office entrance.
