Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership across HR, legal, procurement, IT, risk, and operations.
• Experience driving business transformation and cross-functional team leadership.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, HRIS, procurement tools, and automation solutions.
• Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Human Capital Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, payroll, employee engagement, and capacity building to foster a high-performance culture.
• Procurement & Facilities Oversight: Direct procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and workspace/asset management to ensure cost efficiency, quality delivery, and operational continuity.
• IT & Digital Transformation: Manage IT infrastructure and drive automation and technology integration across departments to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
• Legal & Regulatory Governance: Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, SOPs, and ISO standards while managing contracts and organizational legal processes.
• Risk Management & Security: Implement risk mitigation plans, contingency strategies, and security protocols to safeguard corporate assets, sensitive data, and personnel.
