Job summary

BRAWIJAYA HOSPITAL GROUP is seeking qualified nurses in Jakarta with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, STR registration, and ICU/NICU/OR/ER training. Candidates should have at least 1 year in the same specialty and be able to work in a rotating shift across multiple hospital units in South Jakarta, East Jakarta, Tangerang, and Depok.

Strong communication and teamwork are required to deliver excellent patient care and service. Willingness to work across multiple units is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (S.Kep., Ners Professional Program).
• Possess a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
• Holds an ICU Nursing Training Certificate (ICU Nurse)
• Holds a Neonatal / NEMO Training Certificate (NICU Nurse)
• Holds a Surgical Nursing Training Certificate (Operating Room Nurse)
• Holds an Emergency Nursing Training Certificate (Emergency Room Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same specialty is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and service excellence.
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
• Willing to be assigned to any Brawijaya Hospital unit, including South Jakarta, East Jakarta, Tangerang, and Depok.
