Job summary

The Solitaire Bali is seeking an Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse in Sanur, Bali. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, active STR, and 1–2 years of OT experience, with preference for scrub or circulating roles. You should be familiar with surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and infection control.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential, with willingness to work shifts in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of KARS accreditation and good clinical documentation will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 or Bachelor in Nursing with active STR.
• 1–2 years of OT Nurse experience; scrub/circulating preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and infection control.
• Familiar with OT instruments and equipment.
• Understanding of patient safety and clinical documentation.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in hospitals or surgical centres preferred.
• KARS accreditation knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts in Sanur, Bali; English is a plus.

Job description

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nursing.

Must have an active and valid STR.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse.

Experience as a Scrub Nurse and/or Circulating Nurse is preferred.

Good knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and infection prevention and control.

Familiar with surgical instruments, OT equipment, and operating theatre procedures.

Understanding of patient safety standards and proper clinical documentation.

BLS certification is preferred.

Experience working in a hospital, surgical centre, or healthcare facility is preferred.

Understanding of hospital accreditation standards, including KARS, is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Good command of English is an advantage.

Willing to work in shifts and based in Sanur, Bali.
