Job summary

PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia is seeking a seasoned L&D and Engagement leader to guide the team in designing engaging training programs, learning materials, and methodologies. The role involves leading mass training initiatives, evaluating effectiveness, and driving employee and driver engagement through events, recognition, and internal initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Learning & Development or related fields, with proven team management and strong content

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Employee Engagement, or related fields, preferably in ride-hailing or logistics.
Proven experience in team management and large-scale training programs.
Strong in content development, creative thinking, and visual design.
Proficient in design tools and able to create engaging training and communication materials.
Strong leadership, public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the L&D and Engagement team.
Design and develop engaging training programs, learning materials, and methodologies.
Lead mass training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
Design and execute employee and driver engagement programs, including events, recognition, and internal initiatives.
Develop creative content and communication materials to support learning, engagement, and company culture.
