Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a Strategic IT Leader to guide mid- and long-term IT roadmaps at the country level, aligning with business and digital strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead in-country IT teams, design infrastructure solutions, manage systems and applications, and drive service levels. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

This role oversees budgeting and vendor management to optimize ROI across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in technology projects (digital projects a plus).
• Strong customer-orientation and commercial awareness.
• Proven track record in project management and implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and people development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop mid- and long-term strategic IT roadmaps at the country level.
• Ensure IT organization has structure and skills to comply with local regulations.
• Lead in-country IT teams to design and deliver infrastructure solutions.
• Manage computer systems and business applications to meet KPIs and regulatory standards.
• Establish standardized processes to integrate infrastructure, systems and workflows.
• Oversee vendor management to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
• Oversee regional IT budget planning and ROI assessment.
