Job summary

Hertz Flavours Makmur Indonesia is seeking a forward-thinking Head of HR Indonesia to oversee all HR activities for the Indonesian office and lead the local HR team. You will drive talent management, organizational capability, and a high-performance culture while transforming traditional HR practices into scalable, automated processes.

You will manage payroll processes, ensure data integrity, and align local practices with global policies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR, talent management and organizational design experience.
• Experience leading a team in a global company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian HR practices and local employment law, incl. payroll and onboarding.
• Proven ability to implement scalable HR processes and modernize HR practices.
• Data-driven HR decision making and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead local HR team and align with global policies.
• Oversee automated HR processes and data integrity.
• Develop payroll processes compliant with local regulations.
• Provide live trainings in local language.
• Guide managers on performance reviews and hiring needs.
