Qualifications

• Executive Hiring Expertise: sourcing/interviewing/closing senior roles in Indonesia.
• International mindset, matrix organizations, cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with ATS and data-driven recruiting tools (e.g., Personio, Greenhouse, Workable).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all company roles, including leadership, technical, and blue-collar positions.
• Collaborate with Global TA to align local workflows with European standards.
• Source top white-collar talent via networks (LinkedIn) and build local channels for blue-collar hiring.
• Facilitate interview training for hiring managers to ensure fair evaluations.
• Ensure a premium candidate journey from first contact to contract extension.
• Represent the company at local university career fairs and industrial expos.
• Track key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide data-driven reports.

Role description

As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our operational presence in Indonesia. Reporting directly to theHead of HR Indonesia and working in close collaboration with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Germany, you will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across all levels.

You will lead high-impact executive searches for our local leadership team, while building structured, scalable hiring processes for both technical white-collar and operational blue-collar positions. Acting as a bridge between European standards and the local East Java talent ecosystem, you will ensure our hiring processes are rigorous, candidate-centric, and aligned with global best practices.

Your Mission

• Executive & Full-Cycle Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for the full spectrum of roles at the company, incl. leadership roles (e.g., Head of Sales), specialized technical functions, as well as blue-collar roles.
• Global Process Alignment:Collaborate closely with our Global TA team to align local recruitment workflows, ATS management, structured interviewing, and employer branding with global European standards.
• Dual-Track Sourcing Strategy:Proactively source top passive white-collar talent via professional networks (LinkedIn) while establishing effective local channels for blue-collar hiring in Mojokerto and Greater Surabaya.
• Structured Interviewing & Training: Facilitate interview training for local hiring managers and other talent acquisition team members to ensure fair, objective, and compliant candidate evaluations.
• Candidate Experience & Onboarding:Deliver a premium, transparent candidate journey that reflects our standards and company values from initial contact through contract extension.
• University & Community Engagement:Organize and represent the company at local university career fairs, vocational school partnerships (SMK), and industrial job expos across East Java.
• Data & Recruitment Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, channel conversion rates) to drive continuous optimization and present data-backed reports to local and global leadership.
• Special Projects:Locally adapt and implement global recruitment initiatives, such as referral programmes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with a proven track record in corporate in‑house settings.
• Executive Hiring Expertise: Demonstrated success in directly sourcing, interviewing, and closing senior‑level candidates (Head‑level / C‑suite) in Indonesia.
• International Mindset: Proven ability to work in matrix organizations, collaborating seamlessly with European/global headquarters and navigating intercultural communication dynamics.
• Data & Tech Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Personio, Greenhouse, Workable) and data‑driven recruiting tools.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the East Java talent market (Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Pasuruan) and local labor regulations.
• Experience delivering structured interview skills workshops to line managers.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
