Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Head of FP&A to govern budgeting, forecasting, and financial data consolidation for Indonesian operations. The role drives standardization of planning frameworks across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial channels, delivering insights to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate provides hands-on leadership, advanced modeling, and a strong track record in FMCG finance, enabling cost optimization and capital allocation across regional units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the annual operating plan (AOP) and budgeting across multiple units.
• Develop standardized financial models and consolidation methodologies across business units and entities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for capital allocation and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the FP&A team and ensure accuracy of MD&A, dashboards, and management reports.
