Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a senior FP&A leader to govern financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data consolidation across Indonesian operations. You will standardize planning frameworks for multiple business units, oversee capital investments, and deliver insights to senior management to drive cost efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

8–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting experience.
Strong experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or high-volume consumer businesses.
Senior, hands-on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long‑term planning, and rolling forecasts across units.
Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions.
Consolidate data and establish standardized financial logic across units and entities.
Prepare monthly MD&A, dashboards, and exec reports for senior leadership.
Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and identify variances.
Monitor OpEx, CapEx, material costs, logistics, and other cost drivers.
Provide cost-control recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with regional/global teams and HQ to ensure consistency in reporting.
