Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Financial Management/Economics; Brevet A&B; CA/CPA/CMA advantageous.
• 7–10 years in Finance & Accounting with 3–5 years in managerial role.
• Experience in hospitals or healthcare groups is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and optimize achievement of the hospital's Revenue, EBITDA, and NPAT
• Oversee preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly/annual financial reports for the Board of Directors and Holding Company
• Lead annual budget preparation (Opex/Capex) and control realization of operating expenditures
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare industry requirements to facilitate internal and external audit processes
• Evaluate costing versus INA-CBG BPJS coding and accelerate receivables collection and patient billing closure
• Lead and develop the team (Finance Unit Head, Accounting Unit Head, Cashier & Billing Unit Head)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance and Accounting to join our EMC Sentul facility in Bogor, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing all financial and accounting operations for the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, management, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the facility operates with optimal financial health whilst maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. You will report directly to Hospital Director and have a significant impact on the strategic financial direction of EMC Sentul.

Key responsibilities :

• Monitor and optimize achievement of the hospital's Revenue, EBITDA, and NPAT
• Oversee preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly/annual financial reports for the Board of Directors and Holding Company
• Lead annual budget preparation (Opex/Capex) and control realization of operating expenditures

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting/Financial Management/Economics and Brevet A&B, CA/CPA/CMA certification are advantages, with knowledge of hospital accounting and INA-CBG costing and regulatory requirements
• At least 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial role leading multifunctional teams
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong strategic leadership with analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and effective business-partnership skills
• Able to operate hospital application systems
• Experience in hospitals, clinic networks, or healthcare groups is an advantage
