Little Palmerhaus seeks an experienced Fashion Design Manager to lead the end-to-end product development across brand, sourcing, and sample room. You will drive seasonal strategy, ensure design excellence, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver commercially successful collections that reflect the brand identity and business goals.

Formación

• 10+ years in fashion/apparel with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across Design, Sourcing & Product Development, and Sample Room.
• Strong knowledge of apparel product development, garment construction, fabrics, trims, and sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Fashion Brand, Sourcing & Product Development, and Sample Room teams for end-to-end product development.
• Develop seasonal collection strategies based on market trends and business objectives.
• Drive trend forecasting, color direction, fabric innovation, silhouette development, and assortment planning.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to production handover, ensuring quality and target costing.
• Ensure products meet brand identity, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Ecommerce and Marketing for timely launches.
• Identify suppliers, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing solutions balancing quality, cost, and lead time.
• Manage daily operations of Sample Room and development calendar.
• Supervise sample development, fittings, and construction reviews before production.
• Resolve technical issues with Pattern Makers and Designers during development.
• Review design specs, BOMs, materials, trims, and construction details.
