Job summary

Solve Education is seeking a role focused on execution and ownership, combining project management discipline with hands-on venture support for youth founders. You will deliver the program as designed, keeping timelines and milestones on track, and ensure participants receive practical support to reach real business outcomes.

You will coordinate program activities, support pricing and basic financial tracking, monitor progress, and handle logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, program delivery, venture support, or similar roles.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting pricing, accounting, finance, or marketing.
• High attention to detail, discipline, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Bonus points if you have experience in Business Accelerator Environment, NGO, or social impact organization.

Responsibilities

• Support youth founders with pricing, revenue models, basic financial tracking (COGS, margin, break-even), and low-cost customer acquisition.
• Track participant progress and outcomes and support clear, timely reporting.
• Handle scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and organised program documentation.
• Support communication and coordination with participants, partners, funders, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and support program-related events, workshops, and showcases, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Work closely with the internal team to maintain execution quality and delivery discipline.

• Venture & Business Support: Support youth founders with pricing & revenue model, basic financial tracking (COGS, margin, break-even), and low-cost customer acquisition.

• Operational & Administrative Support:Handle scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and organised program documentation.
• Stakeholder & Participant Coordination:Support communication and coordination with participants, partners, funders, and internal teams.
• Event Management: Coordinate and support program-related events, workshops, and showcases, ensuring smooth logistics, preparation, and follow-through.
