Job summary

V-Green Indonesia seeks a senior operations leader to head EV charging station operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across Indonesia. You will supervise technical teams, monitor performance, and drive improvements to ensure reliable station uptime.

Based in Jabodetabek and willing to travel, you will manage contractors and vendors, coordinate with Setup & Operation, and oversee safety, procedures, and reporting to the Director. Extensive travel across the country is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields as listed.
• 10+ years of working experience in operations, maintenance, infra, or utilities.
• Experience leading technical/operational teams across multiple locations.
• Strong maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations management.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Ability to handle operational issues and rapid decision making.
• Experience in EV charging or related industries is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall EV charging station operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple regions in Indonesia.
• Manage and supervise operation and technical teams to ensure smooth and reliable station operations.
• Monitor station performance, equipment condition, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Lead troubleshooting and escalation of major technical and operational issues.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and technical support.
• Ensure teams follow operational, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Setup, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues and support station improvements.
• Monitor operational performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to the Director of Setup & Operation.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.

• Experience leading technical or operational teams across multiple locations.
• Strong experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations management.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Able to handle operational issues, prioritize problems, and make decisions quickly.
• Experience in EV charging, electrical infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, or similar industries is a plus.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Based in Jabodetabek and willing to travel across Indonesia.
