Job summary

SDM (Sinergi Daya Mitra) seeks a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deliver production-ready AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead data science work from problem framing to model deployment, collaborating with engineering teams and client stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in data science or ML, strong Python skills, experience with ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), NLP/LLMs, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, CS Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science or ML with production deployments.
• Strong Python proficiency and ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on NLP/LLMs experience (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks).
• Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design, and model evaluation.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps (model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Strong English communication with stakeholders.
