Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa (BHp) is seeking a Data Scientist to translate real-world data into ML models. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage data wrangling, feature engineering, model selection, and offline evaluation.

This role requires hands-on ML development and clear communication of results to business and technical stakeholders. The position involves deployment at client sites NTB and Sumbawa, with opportunities to influence data strategy and product development decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with GPA ≥ 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science / ML roles.
• Willingness to be deployed at client sites NTB, Sumbawa for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven ML models from real-world data.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to build DataMarts.
• Present model findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Guide data strategy and product decisions based on insights.
