Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, internal audit, government relations, or consulting.
• Strong ability to navigate multi-entity structures with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments affecting business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate strategic compliance initiatives across Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, and Finance.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable recommendations and internal playbooks.
