Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, internal audit, government relations, or consulting.
• Strong ability to navigate multi-entity structures with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Monitor and assess regulatory, policy, and industry developments affecting company business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive regulatory impact assessments to identify potential compliance gaps, business risks, and required mitigation steps.
• Lead and coordinate strategic compliance initiatives across cross-functional functions including Legal, Public Affairs, Risk, Operations, Product, and Finance.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear recommendations, actionable implementation frameworks, internal guidance, and compliance playbooks.
• Prepare high-quality compliance assessments, executive briefs, management updates, presentations, and regulatory position papers.
• Support engagement and communication with regulators, government bodies, industry associations, and external advisors as required.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve centralized regulatory trackers, compliance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and internal playbooks.
• Support the end-to-end management of regulatory issues, inquiries, investigations, compliance audits, and emerging operational risks.
• Provide timely updates to senior leadership regarding regulatory developments, potential business exposure, and mitigation progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, International Relations, or other related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, internal audit, government relations, or consulting firm.
• Demonstrated track record of navigating complex, multi-entity, or diversified business structures with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep functional knowledge of Indonesia's regulatory and legal landscape, particularly within digital, technology, e-commerce, financial, or consumer sectors.
• Solid technical proficiency in developing regulatory trackers, compliance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect business goals with regulatory obligations.
