Tereos Group is seeking a Head of Corn Wet Milling (CWM) Production to lead the CWM plant in Cilegon, Indonesia. You will oversee end-to-end production from raw corn intake to finished product, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost discipline.

The role demands strong leadership, ISO expertise, and a proven track record in process automation and plant optimization, with excellent English communication to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, risk assessment and process automation.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the full Corn Wet Milling (CWM) production process to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure process run according to set parameters and encourage best practices across the team.
• Drive the team to deliver products that meet specifications while upholding safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Monitor and control both fixed and variable costs responsibly.
• Work closely with colleagues across functions, vendors, and occasionally with customers.
• Support the team in handling front-line maintenance, analyze equipment downtime with maintenance teams, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Develop competencies team to strengthen operations and best practice implementation.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with your reporting line and other functions when potential issues that may affect internal area or cross-area

We are looking for a leader to manage and oversee our Corn Wet Milling (CWM) production. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire process — from receiving raw corn to delivering the final product. You will guide the team to operate safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards, while also keeping a close eye on cost management.
