- Commercial Expertise: Highly seasoned with at least 7 years of working experience in commercial strategy and execution, including a strong background in key account management. Experience handling pharmacy or modern trade health & beauty channels is highly beneficial. Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience leading people (people manager), successfully coaching teams to drive commercial performance and achieve strategic goals
- Analytical Decision-Making: Highly analytical, with a proven ability to interpret complex sales data and transform insights into strategic business decisions.
- Agility: An agile leader who thrives and adapts quickly in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
- Stakeholder Relations: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Fluency: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to lead operations and present strategies at all levels.
