Job summary

L’Oréal in Indonesia seeks a Business Strategy & Planning (BSP) Manager to lead monthly BU planning with channel sales and cross-functional teams, driving sustainable growth. You will optimize investments, partner with Finance and RGM, and support governance for accurate planning and decision making.

You will shape product launch sizing for mid- and full-year horizons, and monitor shopper investment spend to refine budgets, requiring 5–8 years FMCG and strong Excel and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FMCG experience in an MNC, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable planning insights.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to planning and governance.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Solid business and financial acumen to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the monthly Bottom Up (BU) commercial planning process with channel sales and functions to support growth.
• Support optimization of investments with ROI-based prioritization.
• Act as a key business partner to Channel Sales, Finance, Category Business Development, RGM, Operations & Supply chain teams.
• Facilitate planning governance, maintaining processes and tools for accuracy and decision-making.
• Contribute to new product launch sizing for M+3 and Full year.
• Track Best Estimate shopper investment spending to guide budgets.
