Job summary

BukuWarung, a leader in building the digital and financial backbone for micro and small businesses in Southeast Asia, is expanding its Operations team. You will own end-to-end device readiness, mapping, and activation, while building scalable quality standards to support rapid growth and AI-driven improvements.

In this role, you will lead a growing team, ensure accuracy and data integrity across systems, and collaborate with partners to streamline registration and activation workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years in operations/payments/data-focused roles with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of scaling quality and accuracy.
• Strong people leadership and change management.
• Thrives in unstructured environments and builds processes from scratch.
• Data-savvy with strong spreadsheet and reconciliation skills.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, with clear written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end device QC and ensure quality before shipment.
• Own device mapping, registration, and activation processes.
• Oversee payment activation and first transaction enablement.
• Build AI-assisted QC standards and automate repeatable steps.
• Hire and grow the team during rapid expansion.
