Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior HIIT program lead to oversee the quality of our HIIT curriculum, coach development, safety compliance, and member experience. You will design programs, establish standards, and mentor coaches while directly teaching sessions when needed.

You will manage schedules, evaluate performance, address injuries or complaints, and collaborate with marketing to promote new classes and content.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience as a fitness coach with leadership exposure.
• Active CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong understanding of HIIT programming and periodization.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and update HIIT curriculum/programs (interval structure, intensity progression, movement variation) for various member levels
• Establish class quality standards: movement technique, safety, class energy, and member experience
• Recruit, train (onboarding), and conduct regular assessments of HIIT fitness coaches
• Conduct regular class audits/quality checks of other coaches and provide feedback
• Lead HIIT class sessions directly (teach) according to assigned schedule
• Manage the coaching team's teaching schedule to align with studio needs and member preferences
• Handle escalations related to injuries, member complaints, or technical issues in class
• Coordinate with the marketing team for program content (demo videos, new class promotions, etc.)
• Monitor program performance metrics (attendance, member retention, satisfaction rating) and report to management
• Ensure compliance with sports safety SOPs (health screening, first aid protocol, etc.)

Responsible for the quality of the HIIT program, training standards, and overall performance of the HIIT coach team. Acts as the technical director (exercise curriculum, safety standards, and member experience) while leading, coaching, and evaluating other coaches.

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience as a fitness coach, with minimum 1 year experience leading/managing a team
• Recognised fitness certification — HIIT/functional training specific certification is a plus
• Active CPR/First Aid certification
• Deep understanding of exercise physiology, basic anatomy, and HIIT program periodization principles
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct simple data analysis (attendance, retention) for program decision-making
• Experience handling members with special needs (injuries, certain medical conditions) is a plus
• Loyal, with no contracts with other workplaces while in contract.
