Job summary

YourTrainer in Indonesia is seeking a live video strength coach to run 8-16 sessions per client monthly, across India and abroad. You’ll design individualized programs for home or gym settings and provide daily WhatsApp accountability with weekly plan reviews.

Work fully remotely, with a capped client load to ensure quality, programming freedom within evidence-based guidelines, and a screening process that respects your time. No cold sales; you bring coaching quality and retention.

Qualifications

• Recognised certification (ACE / ACSM / NASM / ISSA / K11 / equivalent), mandatory and verified.
• 2+ years coaching real clients (online or in-person).
• Fluency in English for live coaching; Hindi a strong plus.

Requirements

• Recognised certification (ACE / ACSM / NASM / ISSA / K11 / equivalent), mandatory and verified
• 2+ years coaching real clients (online or in-person)
• Confident coaching over live video in English; Hindi a strong plus
• Comfortable programming for beginners through intermediate lifters
• Reliable internet + a space to demonstrate movements on camera

Nice to have

• Experience with desk-job / posture-limited clients
• S&C, mobility or rehab-adjacent continuing education
• Experience coaching NRI clients across timezones

How our screening works

• 2-minute application, resume + certification uploads (certification is mandatory and verified)
• 15-minute timed assessment: real judgement questions, one attempt
• Two short phone-camera videos, recorded on your own time
• • Video intro: Introduce yourself in 60-90 seconds: who you are, your coaching background, and why you coach.
  • Exercise demo video: In under 3 minutes, teach a complete beginner one exercise of your choice as if they are on a video call with you.
