Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in Human Capital functions within petrochemical, oil & gas or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in managing HC Services & Employee Relations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compliance practices, expatriate formalities and benefits administration.
• Experience in payroll processing, HCIS, and employee engagement programs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strategic mindset to implement policies and improvements.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HC Services & Employee Relations department, managing a team of HC professionals.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, attendance tracking, training rollout, and HCIS management.
• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs—retirement, insurance, wellness, engagement.
• Ensure full compliance with laws and company policies on employee documentation and benefits.
• Develop procedures to improve operational efficiency and coordinate with other departments.

• Lead the HC Services & Employee Relations department, managing a team of HC professionals.

• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs—retirement, insurance, wellness, and engagement.
• Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies concerning employee documentation and benefits.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to support seamless integration of HC services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on HC Services & Employee Relations performance to senior leadership.
