Job summary

Record and verify production data, hatch results, and logs; guide operators in routine activities; support daily operations and continuous improvement within our integrated poultry operation.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to perform incubation, hatching, and chick processing tasks.
• Ability to monitor incubation conditions and report abnormalities in temperature, humidity, or equipment.
• Knowledge of SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hatchery tasks including incubation, hatching, and chick processing.

• Support egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Record and verify production data, hatch results, and operational logs.
• Guide operators in routine activities and support smooth daily operations.
