Job summary

JAPFA seeks a hatchery technician to perform incubation, hatching, and chick processing. You will monitor incubation conditions and report any abnormalities in temperature, humidity, or equipment.

Responsibilities include supporting egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching, ensuring SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards are followed, and recording production data and hatch results for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hatchery or poultry production preferred.
• Ability to work in a hatchery environment and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform incubation, hatching, and chick processing tasks.
• Monitor incubation conditions and report abnormalities in temperature, humidity, or equipment.
• Support egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Record and verify production data, hatch results, and operational logs.
• Guide operators in routine activities and support smooth daily operations.
