Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Hatchery Machine Operator in Indonesia to operate setter and hatcher equipment and follow SOPs. You will manage environmental conditions and perform routine maintenance to support reliable hatchery operations.

Daily duties include logging temperature, humidity, ventilation, and egg/DOC handling, while upholding strict biosecurity and sanitation standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hatchery equipment preferred.
• Ability to monitor and log environmental parameters.
• Basic preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor setter and hatcher machines per SOPs.
• Record temperature, humidity, ventilation, and egg turning.
• Perform routine cleaning, disinfection, and basic maintenance.
• Assist with egg setting, candling, and DOC transfer.
• Maintain daily logs of conditions and hatchability.
• Enforce strict biosecurity and sanitation in the area.
