Job summary

ARBEX is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to lead halal registrations and liaise with BPJPH and other authorities. You will ensure compliant dossiers, manage audits, and collaborate with manufacturing and marketing teams to support growth.

Ideal candidates have a pharmacy/technical degree, 1–5 years in regulatory affairs, and strong English and Bahasa communication skills. The role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to influence iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong regulatory background.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver objectives.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate product and facility licensing registration to support local and regional business objectives.
• Act as KC-Softex Halal Supervisor and lead Halal process for local/regional objectives with BPJPH interaction.
• Act as single point of contact for BPJPH and Sucofindo on Halal matters.
• Manage halal strategy and maintenance across local, inter KC Company or ECM.
• Lead halal onsite audits with BPJPH and MoH within scope.
