Job Description

• Welcome and assist members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Handle front desk responsibilities, membership registration, booking inquiries, and answering phone calls or messages.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any equipment maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness facility.
• Provide basic guidance on the safe use of fitness equipment.
• Monitor guest safety and ensure compliance with gym policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a gym, fitness center, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of fitness equipment and safety procedures.
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling front desk and receptionist duties, including greeting guests and answering inquiries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
