Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.

• Follow cash handling procedures and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle all payment transactions including cash, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and ensure accurate billing.
• Reconcile cash at end of shift and maintain records.
• Operate and maintain POS system.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations on transaction records and reporting.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Address billing inquiries and resolve payments issues.
• Document and file transaction records properly.
• Monitor sales transactions and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cashier counter area cleanliness and organization.
• Follow company policies on financial control and cash handling.
