Job summary

La Boutique Villas Seminyak is seeking a Front Desk Agent (Daily Worker) at our Kerobokan Kelod, Bali location. You will handle guest check-in/out, reservations, and provide warm, professional hospitality in a boutique villa setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in front office or customer service, are proficient with GuestPro PMS, and can manage OTA channels. Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication is essential; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK or equivalent; Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant Front Office or Customer Service experience in hospitality or villa industry.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in GuestPro PMS and hospitality systems.
• Experienced in handling OTA reservations and multiple booking channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on shifts (6 working days, 1 day off), including weekends and public holidays.
