Greet guests, take accurate orders, collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, handle payments, and maintain pristine dining areas while ensuring memorable experiences in a vibrant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter or front-of-house role in quality dining environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with international guests.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong sales and upselling skills without pressuring guests.
• Willingness to learn food and beverage knowledge and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming dining experience.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders with menu explanations and storytelling.
• Upsell additional items through natural recommendations.
• Serving orders promptly and presenting items correctly.
• Maintaining impeccable table presentation and dining atmosphere.
• Building rapport and anticipating guest needs.
• Responding to guest requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Processing payments discreetly.
• Collaborating with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth service.
• Restocking tables and clearing crockery efficiently.
• Adhering to service, health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Supporting the team during busy periods and during setup/breakdown.
• Contributing to guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
