Job summary

Cove is hiring for a Front Office staff member based in Bali. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide courteous service to meet guest needs in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Requirements include prior front office or receptionist experience, fluent English, good communication and problem-solving skills, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach. SIM A is a plus; computer literacy is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a front office/receptionist is required.
• Valid SIM A driver’s license is a plus.
• Proficient in English and strong communication skills.
• Pleasant appearance with a friendly, honest demeanor.
• Familiar with using a computer and hotel/property systems.
• Detail-oriented with good guest relations and problem solving.
