Job summary

25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is seeking a Guest Relations Officer for Front Office Operations. You will be the friendly face at check-in and check-out, manage cashiering, and help guests settle into their rooms while delivering a personal touch.

You will inform guests about facilities and dining, coordinate with other departments to resolve questions quickly, and keep guest records up to date with preferences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a similar field.
• At least 1 year working in a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Bonus points if you speak other languages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check-in/out and manage cashiering.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining options, and services to guests.
• Prepare personalized welcomes for VIPs and repeat guests.
• Answer guest questions and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records with preferences and history.
• Handle calls, messages, and mail professionally while protecting privacy.
• Stay updated on hotel services and emergency procedures; attend briefings.
• Arrive on time in uniform with a positive attitude; report suspicions to Security or Duty Manager.
• Support team with additional duties as needed.
