DESIGN MARKETING STUDIO is seeking a Marketing Systems Manager to lead the digital growth and marketing infrastructure for a US-based agency client, while improving internal systems and delivery coordination. You will own priorities across websites, lead-generation systems, CRM, email programs, marketing automation, analytics, and conversion performance.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital growth, marketing technology, CRM management, lifecycle marketing, or marketing systems.
Experience improving websites, funnels, CRM processes, email programs, or connected marketing systems.
Ability to translate business objectives into practical workflows and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

Own priorities and improvement plans for websites and digital growth systems.
Lead CRM and marketing automation selection, adoption, and optimization.
Develop processes for lead qualification, routing, nurturing, and pipeline tracking.
Oversee newsletters, automated email sequences, audience segmentation, and email performance.
Improve analytics, attribution, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Coordinate connections across websites, forms, CRM, email tools, and sales workflows.
