Job summary

LimeStash is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join the Strategy team in Jakarta. You will turn raw data and market trends into actionable growth strategies, shaping cold-start trajectory, category expansion, and competitive positioning.

You will build dashboards, conduct market research, and collaborate with leadership to create data-backed business cases and growth experiments. Strong Excel/Sheets, data visualization, and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of analytical experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or data/strategy teams at high-growth tech startups.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial and operational modeling.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI) and solid understanding of e-commerce/marketplace metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to structure crisp presentation slides.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Growth Insights: Analyze platform or external data to extract insights.
• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards tracking core platform metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor research on the Indonesian and regional collectibles ecosystem.
• Identify growth opportunities to improve sales trajectory and inform seller acquisition and creator operations teams.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to build executive frameworks, board decks, and investor materials.
• Structure and evaluate growth experiments with operational leads; formulate data-backed business cases and action plans.
