LimeStash is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join the Strategy team in Jakarta. You will turn raw data and market trends into actionable growth strategies, shaping cold-start trajectory, category expansion, and competitive positioning.
You will build dashboards, conduct market research, and collaborate with leadership to create data-backed business cases and growth experiments. Strong Excel/Sheets, data visualization, and bilingual communication are essential.
We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded, and resourceful Business Analyst to join our core Strategy team. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will act as the "engine room" for data-driven decision-making across the company. You will turn raw platform data, user behavior metrics, and market trends into actionable growth strategies. This is a rare, high-visibility role where your insights will directly shape our platform's cold-start trajectory, category expansion, and competitive positioning.
1. Data Analytics & Growth Insights
Analyze platform or external data to extract insights.
Develop and maintain strategic dashboards tracking core platform metrics.
Conduct deep-dive market and competitor research on the Indonesian and regional collectibles ecosystem.
Identify growth opportunities to improve the company sales trajectory, including untapped niche community, collector trends, and rising IPs to inform our seller acquisition and creator operations teams.
3. Cross-Functional Strategic Execution
Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to build executive-level frameworks, board decks, and investor relations materials.
Structure and evaluate growth experiments alongside operational leads (e.g., assessing the ROI of creator incentive programs).
Formulate clear, data-backed business cases and action plans for any potential improvement.
Must Have:
2–3 years of rigorous analytical experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a data/strategy team at a high-growth tech startup.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial and operational modeling. Strong capability to synthesize messy, qualitative data into clear frameworks.
Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, or PowerBI) and a solid understanding of e-commerce/marketplace metrics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to structure crisp presentation slides.
A high degree of comfort with startup ambiguity. You are a self-starter and go-getter who loves hunting for answers independently rather than waiting for structural guidelines.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with SQL for data querying.
A personal passion for or deep understanding of hobbyist sub-cultures.
Direct mentorship from the Head of Strategy and the founding team, bypassing corporate red tape.
The chance to combine top-tier tech strategy with a creative environment filled with collectors, gamers, and builders.
Dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment with passionate builders.
