Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead its content engine in Bali. You will craft high-quality assets, coordinate across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta and email marketing, and drive investor-led engagement and conversions.

Independently manage plans from concept to publish, optimizing for performance with data-driven insights and strong storytelling. This on-site role offers growth within a premium real estate investment portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong portfolio.
5–6 years in social media/content/digital video or related field.
Experience with premium brands in real estate, luxury, or investments.
English proficiency mandatory; Dutch a plus.
Proficient in professional video editing tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

Plan, script, film, edit and publish video content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta and other channels.
Develop executive branding content positioning leadership as industry authorities.
Repurpose core content into multiple platform formats for reach and efficiency.
Create marketing copy, email nurture, landing pages and lead gen assets.
Optimize thumbnails, titles, hooks, retention, CTR and engagement metrics.
Monitor content performance and tie impact to qualified leads and sales.
Collaborate with marketing, advertising and external partners on campaigns.
Ensure content reflects premium brand positioning and investment value.
Stay updated on platform algorithms and SEO trends for growth.
