ScaleOcean is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Specialist to drive paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display ads. You will optimize bids, audiences, and creatives, and report KPIs to guide strategy and budget allocations.

You will collaborate with creative teams, run A/B tests, and leverage analytics to improve conversions and ROI in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM or automation tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Experience with paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display ads.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and report on KPIs (clicks, conversions, CPA, ROI).
• Monitor and adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and creative assets to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ads align with overall campaign messaging.
• Perform A/B tests and use data to improve ad effectiveness.
• Develop and execute monthly performance marketing strategies to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
• Create and analyze detailed campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Review and adjust budgets based on campaign performance and business objectives.
• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal or product-specific campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize campaigns.
