Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Strategy & Analytics professional to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments across APAC for Strategic Partnerships. You will leverage data tools to analyze performance and drive cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, and finance teams.

You will join an individual contributor role reporting to the Associate Director, Strategy & Analytics, based in Bangkok with a hybrid setup and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of total experience in Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, BI, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments in APAC for Strategic Partnerships based on analytics.
• Leverage data tools to analyze performance and derive improvement levers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance) to drive initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize performance management systems and reporting.
