Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience; digital marketing, events or partnerships preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome with strong relevant skills and motivation.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools (social media ads, analytics, SEO).
• Basic website management understanding; WordPress is a plus.
• Strong coordination, communication, and project management abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, email).
• Manage and update company website content and performance.
• Organize and execute marketing events online & offline.
• Develop and manage partnerships with external parties (communities, vendors, media).
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate reports.
• Support lead generation initiatives in collaboration with sales team.
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing channels.
