Job summary

MIFX, a pioneer trading platform in Indonesia, seeks a Digital Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more. You will manage budgets, develop strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive KPIs and growth.

We look for 2–4 years of fintech or high-growth startup experience, strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and excellent communication. This on-site role is in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Experience using analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Looker Studio, Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, UAC, Display, and other channels.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to achieve KPIs like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversions.
• Develop campaign strategies based on objectives, audience insights, and performance history.
• Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and performance.
• Monitor performance daily and identify optimization opportunities through data analysis.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, landing pages, bidding, and structures.
• Analyze funnel performance to improve conversion efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support experiments and new channel initiatives with measured outcomes.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actions.
