Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Marketplace Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with campaign optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and marketplace ads.
• Monitor daily performance, spending, pacing, and campaign KPI.
• Conduct basic campaign optimization based on performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Provide basic performance insights and recommendations.
• Support audience, creative, and campaign testing.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Senior/Strategist and related teams.
• Escalate campaign issues and performance deviations when needed.
