Job summary

SIRCLO in BSD, South Tangerang invites an internship focused on creating dynamic short-form videos for multiple brands. You’ll translate concepts into production-ready instructions, craft engaging scripts and captions, and collaborate across a creative team to drive innovative campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a passion for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts, understand platform algorithms, and are eager to explore AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production.

Qualifications

• Prior organisational experience required.
• Strong passion for short video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Understanding of platform algorithms with ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks.
• Willingness to explore AI tools and digital workflows to speed up brainstorming.
• Able to work in a hybrid BSD, South Tangerang environment.

• Manage rapid shortlist execution and fast concept delivery without compromising quality.
• Translate visual concepts into precise production instructions.
• Develop fresh, original short-form video concepts for diverse brand personalities.
• Craft scroll-stopping hooks, write scripts and captions, build relatable narratives for TikTok.
• Review performance metrics and translate insights into new creative ideas.

• Combine creativity with an analytical mindset by regularly reviewing performance metrics and translating insights into creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
• Research trends, audience behavior, and emerging content opportunities to keep brand strategies ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate seamlessly with talents, videographers, editors, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Experiment with new storytelling formats, AI workflows, and creative strategies to continuously discover innovative approaches to content creation.

Requirements

• Possesses prior organisational experience.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for short video content from various platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with a proven track record of generating fresh, creative ideas across multiple brands.
• Possesses a strong understanding of platform algorithms, with the ability to craft compelling hooks and pacing that capture attention in the first few seconds.
• Enthusiastic about exploring modern AI tools and digital workflows to streamline brainstorming, enhance creative output, and accelerate production process.
• Able to work effectively in a hybrid setting in BSD, South Tangerang.
• Able to commit to a 3-6 months internship program.
