Job summary

PT UNITAMA SARI MAS is seeking a senior leader to drive performance marketing and growth across paid, organic, and real-time campaigns in Indonesia. You will own strategies for Meta, Google, and marketplace advertising, working to maximize revenue and brand impact.

Lead organic content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and coordinate SEO/landing page optimization to boost conversions while reducing CPA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
Minimum 5 years in performance, digital or growth marketing with leadership experience.
Proven track record driving sales and revenue through digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising.
Solid understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, and other digital metrics.
Experience managing and optimizing sizable digital marketing budgets.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, landing page optimization, and social media marketing.
Analytical, commercially minded, and capable of turning data into growth strategies.
Experience developing real-time or data-driven digital campaigns is a plus.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital content ecosystems.
Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive sales, revenue, and digital growth.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Marketplace Ads.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance, inventory, product lifecycle, and business priorities.
Develop data-driven campaigns that respond to market trends and external factors.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize conversion.
Lead organic social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Ensure organic content and paid campaigns work together to strengthen brand awareness and conversion.
Optimize SEO, SEM, landing pages, and digital customer journeys to reduce CPA.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets; monitor ROAS, ROI, CPA, conversion and revenue.
