Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in finance and accounting
• Minimum 5 years leadership in regional/multi-entity settings
• Experience with joint ventures, M&A integration, or group consolidations is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree; Masters/CPA/CMA preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and reporting across multiple entities, ensuring clean consolidation and compliance
• Design and implement finance processes and controls that scale with growth
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Develop and manage FP&A budgets, forecasts, and projections
• Manage cash flow and working capital and banking relationships
• Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to gather data for financial analysis
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with standards
• Work across ERP systems and explore AI-enhanced workflows
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
