Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Greenhouse Manager to run daily greenhouse and nursery operations. You will oversee crop production, manage irrigation and climate controls, and lead the farm crew to maximize health, yield and quality through sustainable farming.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, 3–5 years in commercial agriculture, and the ability to train a multilingual team while coordinating with vendors and management.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial agriculture or greenhouse cultivation.
• Strong understanding of plant life stages, soil health, irrigation/fertigation, and pest management.
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate a multilingual farm team.
• Degree or diploma in horticulture, agronomy, agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Able to perform physical work and lift loads in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor greenhouse temperatures, humidity, and ventilation systems to keep conditions optimal for crops
• Plan and execute planting, seeding, watering, and harvesting schedules
• Inspect plants daily and manage integrated pest management (IPM) protocols and treat issues early
• Train, supervise, and schedule greenhouse workers and set daily tasks and track performance
• Act as a bridge between management, workers, and external vendors by providing clear communication in English and Mandarin
• Keep the greenhouse clean and compliant with biosecurity and safety standards and maintain tools and basic irrigation equipment
• Keep accurate records of crop cycles, inventory, and resource use
